If you’re like me you may be wondering who on earth these crazy new characters that are supposed to be in The Avengers 2 are. Of course, I’m the guy who didn’t know who Iron Man was, or what The Avengers were, and I barely knew who Captain America was before all these movies started coming out. So maybe all you comic book nerds are sitting there staring blankly at this text I have written right now saying, “Why do I read this guy’s stuff, he’s a neophyte, a complete and utter newb. Well, I admit my knowlege of comic books is very limited so I am discovering these characters from a fresh perspective.
Given the spat and split rights with Twentieth Century Fox and Marvel, it will be interesting to see how this works out. I am given to understand that these two characters are mutants from the X-Men universe, but that may not work out for Marvel to say so? We’ll have to see.
