If you will indulge my geeky side a moment. I know a few of you don’t like the Star Trek stuff, so if you are one of those, feel free to skip over this. I could not resist.
Though the style of this video with the over the top announcery voiceover is a little pompous and self important, I found this video to be really fun for the geek in me, showing the evolution of the Enterprise through out the Star Trek timeline (except for the new timeline of the JJ Abrams films).
The description on YouTube says this was taken from the Star Trek: Enterprise DVD Extras so you might want to watch sooner rather than later in case it gets taken down.
Personally, my favorite Big E design is still the Constitution Class refit (Original Series movie era). Second favorite is the Sovereign Class (Next Generation movie era).
