‘Riddick’ Trailer

‘Riddick’ Trailer

I don’t know a lot about the Riddick series, this upcoming film is apparently the third in the live action series starring Vin Diesel. The dude is apparently a highly trained and skilled killer who had weird things done to his eye so he can see in the dark, he’s hard to contain, and sometimes seems to have no conscience. He’s a bit of an anti-hero apparently.

But he does appear to perform heroic actions sometimes, usually against his better judgement.

So I saw the trailer for the upcoming Riddick film and thought I might as well share it. If you are a fan of the Riddick series, enjoy.…

At the risk of wearing you guys out with the Star Trek stuff, here are three new TV spots to get you prepared to head into the weekend and plant yourself in a theater to see this bad boy!

And as seems to be normal for this film, there’s a couple of new shots and footage we haven’t seen yet, including a shot of the Star Ship that crashes in San Francisco in other trailers from behind as it’s falling with smoke pouring from the Nacelles.

“Someone really wanted our initials to spell out ‘SHIELD’”

YES! Joss Whedon humor! How I’ve missed that on a regular TV show. I’ll tell you what, I think this is going to be my go to TV show this fall. And man is this right up Joss’ alley. Intruige, mystery, and supernatural circumstances. I sure hope this show does well and has many, MANY seasons!

Fresh from his role in the summer’s box office smash, MARVEL’S THE AVENGERS, Agent Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg) returns to the worldwide law enforcement organization S.H.I.E.L.D.  He puts together a small, highly trained, team of Agents to…

Arrested Development Season 4 Trailer

Arrested Development Season 4 Trailer

I know absolutely nothing about Arrested Development, but I’m posting this trailer because the story of how a season 4 has come to be is interesting. Until now it has practically been unheard of for a TV show to return after being canceled for several years. And yet, here we are, and Netflix is just breaking all the rules. It is definitely a very interesting phenomenon. What is especially interesting is that they were able to get the band back together. One of the most prominent reasons (at least the reasons given to us) why it is so hard to ever put a series back together is that getting…

Two ‘Man of Steel’ TV Spots

Two ‘Man of Steel’ TV Spots

Snyder has certainly taken a page from Nolan’s book on Man of Steel — well also the fact that Nolan is producing probably means something too — in regards to the shroud of secrecy, the cone of silence around the upcoming film. We look, and we beg, and we hope for crumbs and morsels of interesting tidbits, but they seem few and far between. I suppose that’s why I get a little excited with a trailer of any kind comes out, even if they are just short TV spots.

This first short TV spot from the U.K. seems to have a lot of action in it, and possibly just a wee tidbit of film we haven’t seen…

‘Captain Phillips’ Trailer - Starring Tom Hanks

‘Captain Phillips’ Trailer - Starring Tom Hanks

Hey, this actually looks pretty interesting. Whether it actually will be or not is yet to be determined. Aside from Tom Hanks, I have not heard of anyone on this cast or crew list as far as I know, but the trailer looks promising. It’s based on a true story and is set to debut on the 11th of October. Check out the synopsis and the trailer:

The true story of Captain Richard Phillips and the 2009 hijacking by Somali pirates of the US-flagged MV Maersk Alabama, the first American cargo ship to be hijacked in two hundred years.

Nellie Andreeva - Deadline

When all was said and done tonight, ABC picked up a total of 12 new series — seven dramas and five comedies. All comedies are single-camera as ABC passed on both of its multi-camera pilots. Here is how it all came down today as the network opened the pickup process with one Disney-friendly shoo-in pilot, Marvel’s S.H.I.E.L.D., and closed it with another, the Once Upon A Time spinoff.

Never really any doubt with the momentum behind the Marvel universe right now that this show would get picked up to series. Still, it’s good news so I thought I would share it. I will be watching this NO…

‘Gravity’ Teaser Trailer

‘Gravity’ Teaser Trailer

I don’t have a lot of information about this film yet, but the official teaser trailer has been released. All I know for sure right now is that the film is set in space, it’s directed by Alfonso Cuarón (Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban), Sandra Bullock and George Clooney star as astronauts trying to get back to earth after their shuttle is destroyed by debris, and that it looks like it could be good.

Here is the only official synopsis I can find at the moment:

Astronauts attempt to return to earth after debris crashes into their space shuttle, leaving them drifting alone in…

‘Star Trek Into Darkness’ TV Spots with New Release Date

‘Star Trek Into Darkness’ TV Spots with New Release Date

Each of these new TV spots have a little tiny bit of something or other we have never seen before, as well as advertise the fact that the film opens one day earlier here in the U.S. than previously announced.

You will, as always, probably want to beware of spoilers, though my position is, if the studio and official channels are releasing stuff, you kind of have to watch it — or at least I have to watch it. I am compelled to watch. I cannot resist!

So here are 4 new TV spots.

‘Ender’s Game’ Teaser Trailer

‘Ender’s Game’ Teaser Trailer

After easily mastering the increasingly difficult war games, distinguishing himself and winning respect among his peers, Ender is soon ordained by Colonel Graff (Harrison Ford) as the…
