Bryan Singer recently spoke to Total Film about Jack The Giant Slayer (look out for that in a future issue), and we found time to ask him about his feelings towards Superman.

Was he disappointed that he didn’t get the chance to carry on his own franchise with sequel Man Of Steel after his own reboot, Superman Returns?

The marketing for the upcoming film based on the Stephanie Meyer novel, The Host, is starting to pick up some marketing steam. No doubt there will be a lot of built in fans of the The Twilight Saga that will automatically ensure this film’s initial success at the box office, but I also have to admit it does look intriguing.

Recently, the marketing machine has been releasing character featurettes of the various characters in the film. Here’s the latest one, as well as two previous featurettes below. The Host comes to theaters on March 29.

While we’re waiting on a full length trailer for Monsters University, I’ve got a little something to tide us over. Director Dan Scanlon hosts a featurette about the upcoming film with a look at some basic plot elements, and other fun stuff.

Returning to the film are John Goodman as James P. Sullivan, and Billy Crystal as Mike Wazowski. It should be a lot of fun.

One of the best, or certainly one of the most well known episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation is The Best of Both Worlds, parts 1 and 2. Who could forget Locutus of Borg? And for the time, the special effects were outstanding. And man that cliffhanger. I remember it quite well. In my then eight year old mind, I just knew Captain Picard was done for.
