I like Cars and as such, I thought I would post these new short films from the franchise. They aren’t really anything special. But I like Cars. Yes even Cars 2 is better than people give it credit for. No it’s not nearly as good as Cars was, or as good as most everything else Pixar produces (most, not all), but it’s still pretty good. Anyway, these are not spectacular or anything, but here they are.

In an online spot targeted for Regal Cinemas movie fans, Dwayne Johnson invites us to take a look at a special sneak peak. It sounds all special and everything, but this is basically just a trailer with a lot of already seen visuals cut together in a different way, and a little bit that we haven’t seen yet.

This should be a fun and entertaining film if nothing else. I don’t mind an action film like this for the most part.

The new Captain America film is probably the most unusual of the upcoming wave of Marvel sequels, since — thanks to the first film’s climactic time-jump forward — most of the original supporting cast probably won’t be returning. HBO’s CEO is considering making the company’s HBO Go online streaming service available to consumers who don’t have cable, according to a report.

“Right now we have the right model,” HBO chief executive Richard Plepler told Reuters on Wednesday. “Maybe HBO GO, with our broadband partners, could evolve.”

I reckon I’ll be checking this show out when it airs (assuming I can find a way to watch it, SyFy can be stupid about how they make shows available). I am not yet certain if it will be good, but it does look like it has the potential to be interesting.
