If you hated the news of Ben Affleck being cast in Zack Snyder‘s sequel to Man of Steel, you’ll probably blow a gasket for real with this item. Justin Bieber added a new photo to his Instagram feed tonight, in which he shows off his own copy of the Batman vs. Superman script — or a fairly well-made fake that looks like it bears his name. Making things weirder, his only caption was “#robin ??”

If Justin Bieber is in this film in any way, I believe I will have to boycott. UGH. Please let this not be true! 

Lionsgate today confirmed an earlier rumor that four-time Academy Award® nominee Julianne Moore (Boogie Nights, The Hours, The End of the Affair, Far From Heaven) has joined the cast of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2 as President Alma Coin, the leader of the rebellion against the Capitol.

I’ve mentioned before that she was at least in the running to play the role of President Coin. While I’m not a huge fan or anything and think that occasionally she’s not such a great actress, I actually can’t think of anyone better for this particular role.…

Back to the Future star Lea Thompson, who has recently been starring on the television series “Switched at Birth,”
has joined the cast of Left Behind. The Hollywood Reporter has the news, bringing word that Thompson will star opposite Nicolas Cage, Quinton Aaron, Jordin Sparks, Cassi Thomson, Chad Michael Murray and Nicky Whelan in the story of a group of survivors during the first few hours after the Rapture.

Ugh. Do we really have to go through with this? Bad theology. Bad films. Ugh. 

So the question on everyone’s mind now is, will Benedict Cumberbatch be in Star Wars, or won’t he? If he is, or even if he’s in negotiations, he and his are sure downplaying it all.

After several male dominated films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, more attention is turning to women. Besides the inclusion of Scarlet Witch in Avengers: Age of Ultron, Marvel director/producer Louis D’Esposito was recently quoted saying the company wants to make a female lead superhero movie. He even offered up the character Captain Marvel as a possibility.

They’re looking for someone in their late 20s and are open to all ethnicities…. They’re being very specific and looking for an actress who is both tall and possesses physicality.
